Front Desk Coordinator - WorkSteps (Full-Time) Join Our Team at Doctors of Physical Therapy! At Doctors of Physical Therapy, our Front Desk Coordinators are the heart of our clinics--serving as the first point of contact and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator / WorkSteps Coordinator who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role also supports our WorkSteps program by completing pre-employment screenings, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both administrative and patient-facing responsibilities. What We're Looking For A motivated, reliable self-starter who values long-term career growth Strong interpersonal and communication skills A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting Prior medical front office and/or medical assistant experience preferred Key Responsibilities Greet patients and create a welcoming clinic environment Communicate effectively with patients, families, clinicians, and staff Provide clear instructions to patients regarding their appointments and care Accurately review and maintain patient records and data entry Answer phones and manage incoming calls professionally Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain efficient schedule flow Register patients and perform clerical duties (scanning, faxing, etc.) Collect co-pays and outstanding patient balances Collaborate with team members to ensure timely communication with patients and referral sources Assist with patient care tasks as needed Complete pre-employment screenings for WorkSteps patients Demonstrate familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation services and medical terminology Schedule Monday through Friday (Full-Time) Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Specialty Area Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine If you're looking to grow with a company that values teamwork, patient care, and professional development, we'd love to hear from you!
