We're looking for a Patient Service Representative with insurance or billing experience who can help us deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a fun, friendly atmosphere in the office. Accounts & Billing Specialist / Patient Service Representative This role involves front-desk operations, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily office tasks to ensure our clinical chiropractic team can focus on providing excellent patient care. Coordinating with our billing company and managing insurance billing to verify claims are processing correctly. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, check them in, and assist with intake paperwork. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage the calendar, and coordinate with providers. Verify insurance benefits, process billing, and collect payments. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA. Prepare and manage patient correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents. Assist with office organization, supply management, and vendor communication. Provide general administrative support to chiropractors and staff as needed. Verify and send patient statements. Coordinate with our billing company. Oversee patient accounts. Check on insurance claims. Overseeing Accounts Receivable. Administrative Assistant Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Prior administrative, billing, medical office, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning practice management software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with a patient-first attitude. Available, punctual and reliable. A good human with a big heart
