The Impact You'll Make As the first friendly face our patients see, you'll set the tone for their entire experience. You'll be the bridge between patients, clinicians, and our care teams — ensuring every visit runs smoothly, every question is answered, and every detail is handled with care. Whether you're guiding a new patient through registration, coordinating schedules, or helping a clinician prepare for a session, your work will directly contribute to better outcomes and happier patients. If you have experience working with EPIC EMR, this position is for you! What You'll Do Warmly greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, clinicians, and team members. Provide patients with clear instructions for their visits and follow-up care. Review and update patient charts to ensure accurate data entry. Coordinate schedules and manage appointment changes to keep the clinic running efficiently. Answer phones, handle patient registration, and manage clerical tasks such as scanning, faxing, and filing. Collect copays and patient balances with professionalism and accuracy. Assist with patient care needs as requested by the clinical team. Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage. What You'll Bring Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills — both in person and over the phone. Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation or medical services and medical terminology (preferred). Comfort with scheduling systems, data entry, and basic office technology. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to creating a positive patient experience. Availability Monday-Friday, with occasional early evening shifts.
