Job Description

Dr. Andrew Lindner, Dr. Nathan Wigington, and the team at Rhinelander Dental are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients by managing front office operations, including: Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Assisting with financial arrangements Verifying insurance claims Providing exceptional customer service to our patients We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a solid work ethic. Experience in a dental or medical office is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
