Job Description

Memory Care Partners Management, LLC is hiring for an Administrator for our new facility, Weston Memory Care Community Based Residential Facility in Weston, WI. We specialize in Alzheimer's and Dementia care and are seeking to hire an Administrator to join our management team. The Administrator position is a salaried manager and will require on-call participation with the entire management team. We'd love to have you join our team. The Administrator is responsible for leading and directing the overall operations of the facility in accordance with resident needs, government regulations and MCP policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives. The Administrator is responsible for the overall facility management, profitability, operations, and direction in all aspects.
Administrator assists with:
Involvement and opening of new facility including marketing, training, and preparing to care for the elderly population Census development State and federal survey compliance Positive employee relations, and other internal Human Resource functions Following all MCP policies and procedures Completing rounds of entire facility premises at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations. Being a key and visible supervisor working directly with all residents, family, and employees. The timely oversight of the accounting systems within the facility and those which interface with the home office and timely collection of accounts receivable from all payer sources The maintenance of accurate and complete trust account records, census information, billing and resident accounts receivable statements, wages paid to employees' payroll and make deposits Administrator's essential functions include but not limited to: Proven leadership skills inside and outside of the facility Supervision Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Compliance Net Operating Income Labor and Workforce Planning The Administrator shall possess any one of the following qualifications: Shall be at least 21 years of age and exhibit the capacity to respond to the needs of the residents and manage the complexity of the CBRF. An associate degree or higher from an accredited college in a health care related field A bachelor's degree in a field other than in health care from an accredited college and one year experience working in a healthcare related field having direct contact with one or more of the client groups identified under s.
