Full-time / Part-time Reports to: Operations Manager (Thomas Guerin) Role Summary We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients in our luxury wellness center. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and manage scheduling for cryotherapy, red light therapy, IV drips, and aesthetics Handle inquiries, payments, and patient intake Support marketing and client retention efforts Requirements 1+ years customer service experience (medical/wellness preferred) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Passion for wellness and luxury client experience Compensation $16 - $25 per hour Higher end for candidates with wellness/medical spa or strong sales experience. Includes performance bonuses and complimentary services.
