Job Description

Moreland OB-GYN is looking for a Practice Administrator to provide operational leadership for our organization and support the daily performance of a multi-location, physician-owned women's health practice. We are looking for a leader with a minimum of five years of senior-level managerial experience who can balance patient outcomes and satisfaction with effective operational execution across an independently owned healthcare organization. In this role, the Practice Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing clinical and business operations in alignment with patient needs, practice priorities, and financial objectives. This position helps ensure operational consistency across departments while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Practice Administrator serves as a senior operational leader responsible for translating organizational strategy into day-to-day execution across clinical and business functions. The Practice Administrator will embody the organization's core leadership competencies: lead with accountability, communicate with purpose, think critically and act strategically, and build a culture of collaboration. Along with maintaining a culture focused on collaborative and excellent delivery of care, the Practice Administrator will support interdepartmental alignment and operate effectively within a dyad leadership healthcare model. Key responsibilities include overseeing operational performance across all divisions, coaching and developing division managers, supporting provider and staff alignment, monitoring patient experience, partnering on revenue cycle performance, ensuring consistent clinic workflows, and identifying opportunities for process improvement across locations. Preferred qualifications include strong knowledge of healthcare operations, physician practice management, patient access, revenue cycle fundamentals, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, change management, and performance improvement. Experience in OB-GYN, women's health, or another multi-provider specialty practice is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be a visible, approachable leader who builds trust with managers, providers, and staff; communicates expectations clearly; follows through on decisions; and creates accountability while maintaining a respectful and collaborative workplace culture. Minimum five years' senior-level experience managing multiple divisions and work locations within a health care practice. OB-GYN or Women's Health clinic setting preferred. The ability to work five days a week within the clinic office and support clinic hours as needed, which may include occasional work outside normal workday hours.
