Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role combines care coordination responsibilities with some office management, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing compassionate support to clients and team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster a positive environment and streamline administrative processes. Duties Coordinate care services by preparing and presenting patient financials/treatment plans. Working within CRM (customer relationship management) system to manage contact with current and potential patients from first touchpoint to last. Handle client schedules, appointments, question, concerns and follow-ups with attention to detail and compassion. Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, medical insurance processing and reimbursement, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling to ensure efficiency and professionalism. Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling services and ensuring timely deliveries for office supplies and care resources. Organize special events and community outreach activities through event planning skills to promote engagement and organizational visibility. Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards related to medical office management and client records. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within medical or healthcare settings is highly preferred. Supervising experience demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing teams or staff members effectively. Demonstrated ability in schedule management, calendar coordination, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments. Experience with medical insurance processing and reimbursement. Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and maintaining professional relationships. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—coupled with organizational skills that ensure accuracy in filing, record-keeping, and correspondence. Familiarity with medical office procedures or healthcare-related administrative tasks is a big plus but not required. Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
