Clintonville, Merrill, Stevens Point, Wausau) This is a salaried position with a range of $60-65,000 based on healthcare and leadership experience. The applicant must be willing to consider relocation within Wisconsin Gateway Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Administrator in Training (AIT) to prepare for future leadership roles in skilled nursing facilities. This hands-on program provides training under an experienced Administrator, including rotations across departments, regulatory compliance (e.g., CMS), healthcare operations, financial management, and risk management.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old with no criminal convictions
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (nursing home preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or completes a regular course of study or equivalent specialized courses or a program of study which the examining board considers adequate preparation for nursing home administration.
