Key Responsibilities:

Directly work with children with autism using ABA/VB approach Supervise staff implementing ABA programs Conduct ABA language-based assessments Develop ABA acquisition programs Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Train caregivers and staff Monitor progress and make data-based treatment decisions

Qualifications:

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or eligible to sit for the exam Minimum one year of supervised experience in ABA program development and implementation Effective oral and written communication skills Outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to pass a criminal background check
