Job Summary:
Supporting Departments include: General Surgery Plastic Surgery Allergy Cardiology Vascular Surgery ENT Urology Responsible for the day-to-day management of site or department based clinic operations and providing team leadership to the clinic staff. Monitors patient and clinic workflow to ensure efficient patient care and cost effective operation of the clinic. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a clinical setting where leadership, competence and expertise in ambulatory care has been demonstrated, OR 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, or related field is required; in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree a minimum of 7 years of Healthcare Administration experience is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.

Proven management skills are essential. Delegates effectively. Demonstrates reliability, maintains confidentiality. Has the temperament for dealing with people who are ill and need help. Strong interpersonal, leadership, team building and decision making capabilities to ensure effective and efficient operation of the clinic. Works effectively with leadership, physicians and staff within a complex medical center. Positive role model. Has the ability to set priorities, identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
