We are a growing, patient-centered orthodontic practice looking for a Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator to become a key member of our team. This is more than an administrative position—you'll be the trusted guide who helps patients begin their smile journey with confidence. What You'll Do Welcome new patients and create an outstanding first impression Guide patients through their orthodontic treatment options Explain financial arrangements and payment plans with confidence and compassion Build lasting relationships with patients and families Follow up with prospective patients and help them move forward with treatment Coordinate appointments and maintain organized patient records Work closely with our orthodontist and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Help grow the practice through exceptional service, referrals, and community engagement Contribute to monthly growth and patient satisfaction goals We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, confident, and naturally connects with people Organized and able to manage multiple priorities A great communicator, both in person and over the phone Comfortable discussing financial options and helping people make informed decisions Motivated by achieving goals and contributing to a growing business Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Positive, professional, and eager to learn Experience We Value You do not need orthodontic experience. We provide training for the right person.
