Leadership and Management Demonstrates positive leadership by upholding the organization's cultural values, vision, and mission. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Help at Home Services Program, assuring effective and efficient processes are in place to provide service excellence for the people we serve. Responsible for the fiscal management of the program. Participates in the annual planning and budget development process. Conducts Quarterly Quality Assurance meetings and assures follow-up. Participates in program development and strategic planning. Is a member of the organization's Risk Management Team. Client Services and Support Provides one-on-one assistance for clients as needed that promote independence, quality of life, and dignity- including but not limited to information, intake, evaluation, plan of care development and implementation when applicable, case supervision when applicable, service termination when applicable, follow-up and quality assurance.
