This role ensures Host Home Providers maintain safe, person‑centered environments and meet all regulatory requirements under Colorado PASA and Home and Community‑Based Services (HCBS) standards. The Manager supports providers, coordinates documentation, tracks renewals, and ensures timely communication with case managers, families, and agency leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational & Administrative Duties Qualifications Experience in
PASA, IDD
services, home care, or human services required. Strong understanding of HCBS, HCPF, and Host Home regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain audit‑ready files. Professional, respectful, and person‑centered approach to providers and clients.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
