As a Healthcare Project Manager , you will play a key role in helping healthcare clients deliver critical facilities that positively impact the communities they serve. Job Description The Healthcare Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for the successful execution of ground-up and renovation healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost controls, change orders, and monthly reporting Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders Coordinate preconstruction activities, project planning, procurement, and risk management efforts Oversee project schedules and drive successful project execution through proactive leadership Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among all project team members Mentor project engineers and support the continued development of construction staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Healthcare Project Manager we are seeking: Extensive healthcare construction project management experience with a commercial general contractor Proven track record delivering healthcare projects from start to finish Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements, regulations, and operational considerations Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Knowledge of construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred What's on Offer Base salary: $130,000 - $180,000 Competitive performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive healthcare, retirement, and paid-time-off package Long-term career progression with a financially stable and growing contractor Opportunity to lead high-profile healthcare projects throughout the region Collaborative culture with strong employee retention and leadership accessibility
