Healthcare Staffing Coordinator Location:
Pueblo, Colorado Schedule:
Full-Time Temporary Assignment (40 Hours Per Week)
Primary Shift:
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 12:00 PM•8:30 PM 30-minute unpaid lunch
Flexibility Required:
Must be willing to work alternate shifts as needed, including: 4:00 AM•12:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Administrative Personnel professional to support a busy healthcare operation in Pueblo, Colorado. This role is responsible for staff scheduling, administrative coordination, customer service, and maintaining accurate staffing records in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare scheduling experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain employee schedules and staffing coverage Assist with daily staffing adjustments and workforce allocation Monitor staffing levels and communicate scheduling needs Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports Utilize spreadsheets and scheduling systems to track staffing data Provide administrative support to department leadership Respond to employee scheduling inquiries and staffing requests Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding schedule changes Perform general administrative and customer service duties Qualifications Required Minimum three (3) years of relevant administrative or scheduling experience Experience with staff scheduling Strong computer proficiency Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Ability to work the assigned schedule and alternate shifts when needed Preferred Hospital staff scheduling experience Healthcare staffing office experience Workforce management or centralized scheduling experience Experience using scheduling software, staffing systems, or workforce management platforms Experience with Google Workspace applications Compensation $22/hr Why Apply Full-time hours Consistent schedule Opportunity to support an essential healthcare operation Immediate start available #Indeed
