Manager/Service Coordinator - Life Skills Day Program New Horizons is looking for a Program Manager/Service Coordinator. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director, Associate Director and other Managers to lead the Department. The Program Manager will oversee the department and its employees, including staffing, planning, and safety responsibilities. The Program Manager also provides support to the team leaders and staff using approaches and strategies to support the client to be fully engaged and included in each aspect of their daily life.. The Program Manager will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and its employees.
