$40/hr to $45/hr on W2 Position Overview JR Enterprise (JRE) is seeking a Health & Wellness Manager (Health & Wellness Director) to oversee the Health & Wellness Center serving Job Corps students . The Health & Wellness Manager will provide leadership and oversight for the center's medical, dental, and mental health programs. This position is responsible for managing daily healthcare operations, supervising staff, coordinating services, and ensuring students receive safe, timely, and appropriate healthcare. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare leadership and management experience, with experience working with adolescents and young adults preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise nurses, administrative personnel, and contracted medical, dental, and mental health professionals. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health & Wellness Center. Plan, coordinate, and manage departmental administrative and program activities. Manage staff scheduling, medical records, supplies, and operational needs. Supervise, train, and evaluate department staff. Oversee routine checkups, preventive care, emergency first aid, triage, immunizations, and chronic care management. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and program improvements. Develop and monitor departmental budgets and control expenditures. Ensure compliance with Department of Labor (DOL), HIPAA, and Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) standards. Coordinate comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health services for students. Coordinate with local hospitals, specialists, community agencies, and other healthcare providers for referrals and emergency care. Coordinate outside vendors, subcontracted staff, and healthcare services. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation. Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities within the Health & Wellness program. Qualifications & Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or applicable degree/credential in nursing, public health, health administration, or a related healthcare field. At least 3 years of healthcare experience . At least 1 year of supervisory or healthcare management experience . Experience working with adolescents and young adults . Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient confidentiality requirements. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to effectively supervise multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and manage daily health center operations. Why Consider This Opportunity?
