$69,700.00 The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. Full-Time/Regular The Program Manager manages the day-to-day operations for the five degree and certificate programs within the Health Policy & Health Services Research (HPHSR) department. They will be able to describe the programs, policies, and explain requirements to prospective and enrolled postgraduate students in each program. Required Skills Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse student population; ability to develop and manage relationships across various stakeholders (i.e. students, faculty, program and university administration); ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated with problem solving; professional demeanor and excellent customer service abilities.
