About Our Client Our client is a respected project management and owner's representation firm that specializes in guiding complex construction projects on behalf of healthcare organizations. They have built a strong reputation for providing strategic leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on project oversight that helps clients successfully navigate challenging capital projects. Job Description Serve as the primary representative for healthcare clients throughout all phases of construction projects. Lead project planning efforts, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategies. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive project success. Track project budgets, schedules, risks, and key milestones while ensuring alignment with client objectives. Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and project teams. Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on project status, financial performance, and critical decisions. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager-Owner's Rep Firm (Healthcare Projects) should have: Experience managing healthcare construction projects, either from an owner's rep, consulting, design, or construction management background. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management. Familiarity with healthcare facility requirements, regulatory standards, and operational considerations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
