  • Ortho Clinic This role manages and optimizes provider scheduling templates, protocols, and workflows to improve patient access, maximize provider productivity, and support efficient clinic operations.
The position works extensively within the EMR to develop, maintain, and monitor provider schedules, department builds, and scheduling-related processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient safety. Common challenges include balancing provider availability, patient demand, operational priorities, and schedule changes while minimizing disruptions to patient care. The Scheduling Project Analyst collaborates closely with providers, clinic leaders, schedulers, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to implement scheduling best practices and support organizational access goals. Scheduling workflow optimization expertise EMR and reporting proficiency Analytical problem-solving skills Effective cross-functional communication Strong organization and prioritization Training and process improvement mindset Qualifications Education and Experience Required 2 years' experience working with clinic schedules, provider templates, provider protocols, department builds, and Excellian reports Preferred 2 years of Excellian experience preferred. Compensation and Benefits The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
