Job Title:
MDS Coordinator Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. LPN/LVN or RN license required. Working knowledge of all regulatory and compliance standards related to MDS.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and completes comprehensive resident assessments (MDS) and ensures accuracy and timeliness of assessment data. Serves as a resource person for resident care planning activities and conducts orientation sessions on the MDS process. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and supports regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy.

Competitive, Based on Experience
