Montana Hospital Association is seeking a full-time Program Director in Helena, MT! (Apply to the website below)

$80,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Montana Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Center of Excellence Implementation Manage implementation partners and staff Responsible for leading statewide implementation activities Support rural healthcare organizations in achieving measurable improvements in access, quality, financial sustainability, and operational performance Oversee program performance and healthcare data reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Finance, or another healthcare-related field. Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, rural health, healthcare consulting, program management, quality improvement, or a related healthcare field. Demonstrated experience administering federal or state-funded healthcare grants, cooperative agreements, or government contracts. Strong understanding of Critical Access Hospital (CAH) operations and rural healthcare delivery. Experience leading complex healthcare initiatives involving multiple organizations and stakeholders. Experience overseeing healthcare data collection, performance measurement, analytics, or program evaluation. Experience supervising professional staff. Valid Montana driver's license or ability to obtain one.
