Job Description Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee medical office renovations, healthcare interiors, and facility additions. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and client stakeholders. Work closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project costs, change orders, procurement activities, and project schedules. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and project partners. Ensure all work complies with healthcare facility standards and project requirements. Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Support the continued growth of the healthcare construction division. The Successful Applicant Experience managing healthcare construction projects, particularly healthcare interiors. Project management experience within commercial construction. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an active healthcare environment. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination skills. Experience working directly with healthcare clients and occupied facilities preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work full-time from the Charlotte office and local project sites. Healthcare renovation or medical office construction experience strongly preferred.
