Known for its training and development programs , this GC has several high-profile hospital projects coming up and is looking for an experienced leader to manage them. Job Description Healthcare Project Manager•Key Responsibilities Provide project leadership and foster a proactive project safety culture Oversee bid packages and subcontractor procurement. Manage subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are met. Review invoices and documentation for timely funding. Lead cost reporting, contracts, and scope revisions to maintain financial health. Represent the GC in subcontract negotiations. Healthcare construction expertise (hospital projects & ICRA knowledge preferred). Strong understanding of construction technology and skilled trades. What's on Offer Healthcare Project Manager•What's on Offer Base salary: $115,000•150,000 (DOE).

Bonus:

$12,500•20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
