Job Description

Southeast Healthcare is seeking a knowledgeable and mission-driven Ryan White Program Manager to oversee the administration, compliance, and day-to-day operations of Ryan White
HIV/AIDS
Program services. This position is responsible for ensuring program compliance with HRSA guidelines, managing grant requirements and reporting, supervising program staff, monitoring quality outcomes, and supporting access to comprehensive, patient-centered HIV care services. The Program Manager works collaboratively with clinical teams, community partners, and leadership to improve health outcomes and ensure continuity of care for individuals living with
HIV/AIDS.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of Ryan White-funded programs and services Ensure compliance with HRSA, state, federal, and grant-specific requirements Monitor program performance measures, outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives Prepare and submit grant reports, data, and required documentation in a timely manner Coordinate eligibility, recertification, and program enrollment processes Collaborate with medical providers, case management, behavioral health, pharmacy, and community partners to support integrated patient care Participate in audits, site visits, and program monitoring activities Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows related to program operations Represent the organization in community meetings, planning councils, and Ryan White-related initiatives LISW required Experience with quality improvement, compliance monitoring, and data reporting Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments Experience in an FQHC, nonprofit healthcare organization, or community health setting preferred Knowledge of community resources and healthcare services Valid driver's license and insurance As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.
