Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, Exercise Science, Nutrition or related field Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) 3-4 years experience Professional Wellness and/or fitness client service 3-4 years experience Customer Service Direct customer service in wellness or fitness
Job Overview:
This position is responsible, on behalf of assigned client(s), for management and coordination of strategic wellness plans, wellness programs, overseeing program engagement and budget, internal/external resources and events. Executes wellness program communications and promotions to employees, members and/or client contacts, manages participant and incentive data entry, querying and reporting in database(s). Ensures confidentiality of data and collaborates with Corporate Health leadership and analytics team to provide program outcomes. Promotes collaboration and cooperation between TriHealth, client and other key client partners. Maintains high level of customer satisfaction with programs and obtains participant feedback through evaluations, utilizing results to develop program enhancements. Based on customer needs and scope of contract, may be required to provide direct services, such as coaching, group fitness instruction, biometric screenings, presentations, website/portal development, data entry and analytics, and other tasks as assigned. Assumes leadership for departmental work teams as assigned by supervisor. Serves and may be assigned leadership to project teams for product/service development and customer experience. Serves as department representative on organizational teams and initiatives as assigned. Provides mentorship to newly hired or less experienced team members.
Job Responsibilities:
Develops, designs and delivers health promotion services, including coordinating all wellness programs for assigned client(s). Develops and implements annual strategic plan with support of strategic consultant focused on targeted interventions. Facilitates clear communications with all key stakeholders associated with wellness services as well as internally with TriHealth Corporate Health. Coordinates customer satisfaction, client reporting, marketing, budgeting and outcome measurements for each customer. Coordinates daily operations including policies and procedures, customer service, assigned programs, data management and reporting, facility management and client relations. Meets annual budget and quality assurance goals. Provides accuracy in quarterly and annual reporting for each client assignment. Leads work teams as assigned by supervisor. Serves on project teams for product/service development and customer experience. Serves as a representative for TriHealth organizational teams and initiatives as assigned.
