Prepares and reports metrics pertinent to quality, finance, billing, and operations. Assists with provider onboarding, certification compliance, scheduling support, credentialing, and other practice related tasks. Job Duties Collaborates with the DOEHM Leadership to mine, manage, and analyze data requests. Provides coordination and support for the DOEHM leadership for projects and initiatives. Provides support to assign and track compliance with job-specific certifications, licensures, and merit-badge courses Assists with annual provider evaluations, flu vaccinations, departmental databases, and other tasks. Provide support and oversight related to departmental Policies and Procedures Collaborates with departmental leadership to manage and coordinate strategic and departmental projects, goals, and initiatives. Provide support and oversight related to provider credentialing, reappointments, and onboarding. Evaluates and interprets collected data for data trends and variances and communicates information to department leadership. Provides support and oversight related to provider scheduling and associated databases/software Prepares reports utilized by departmental and network leadership for monitoring and decision making. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business. 3 years in a healthcare environment with experience in project coordination, data analytics, and hospital/prehospital operations. Extensive computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business.
