These professionals will assist with the coordination, preparation, updating, and submission of hundreds of healthcare-related facility and distribution licenses across multiple U.S. states and territories. This role is ideal for candidates with experience processing applications, managing regulatory documentation, coordinating submissions, or supporting licensing, credentialing, compliance, or similar administrative functions. Success in this position will be driven primarily by strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload independently. Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation and submission of healthcare licensing applications across multiple states and U.S. territories. Review existing licensing applications and update ownership, governance, board member, and organizational structure information as required. Utilize centralized documentation repositories and tracking tools to efficiently process assigned applications. Monitor application status and maintain accurate submission records and reporting. Identify missing information, documentation gaps, or changes in submission requirements and escalate questions to internal stakeholders. Coordinate directly with state regulatory agencies, boards of pharmacy, and internal operational teams as needed. Prepare, print, organize, and ship physical application packages when required by state agencies. Provide timely status updates and progress reporting to project leadership. Support transition readiness activities leading up to and following the acquisition close date. Skills and Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience supporting application submissions, licensing coordination, credentialing, enrollment, compliance administration, regulatory documentation, or similar administrative processes. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
