Oversee the community hub resource desk vendor and liaise with on-site community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
Workflow & Process Improvement:
Collaborate with local clinic leadership and vendor staff to streamline daily operations, track performance, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Grant & Resource Oversight:
Manage community benefit-funded initiatives, ensuring compliant allocation and tracking of emergency resources like food assistance.

Operational Management:
Direct daily operations of community resource desks across designated KPCO clinics. Manage logistics such as facility and equipment access, staff scheduling recommendations, and data tracking workflows.
CBO & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the primary operational liaison for contracted CBO partners (e.g., Benefits in Action) and local philanthropy teams. Foster cross-functional alignment between CBOs, Community & Social Health teams, and clinic operations leaders.
Process Optimization:
Establish standardized workflows, escalation pathways, and quality assurance metrics to support consistent execution across all clinic sites.
Community Benefit Resource Management:
Oversee on-site, grant-funded supportive services, including the inventory, distribution, and tracking of emergency food bags and related emergency aid.
Member Engagement:
Support member-focused initiatives and HR1 community engagement activities, ensuring seamless execution within clinic settings.

Program Coordination:
Proven track record in managing complex programs, external vendors, and multi-stakeholder initiatives within a healthcare or community health environment.
Process Improvement:
Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing workflows, implement operational efficiencies, and standardize protocols across multiple locations.
Grant & Resource Management:
Experience overseeing grant-funded programs, managing community benefit budgets, and ensuring compliance with tracking and reporting standards.
