Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Program Manager for Hospice and Palliative Care in La Crosse, WI. This is an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, community stakeholders, and leadership to identify and implement operational efficiencies within the Hospice and Palliative Care service line. What You'll Do Provider analysis and oversight for programs Develop financial forecasts and market research for new services Monitor dashboard metrics and compliance requirements Initiate and oversee quality improvement projects

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, finance, or equivalent 3-5 years healthcare experience Experience in Hospice and/or Palliative care desired Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
