This role is designed for someone who understands structured client journeys, cross-functional coordination, and outcome-driven program management. You will be responsible for ensuring programs run effectively from onboarding through completion, with a strong focus on engagement, retention, and measurable outcomes. While this is a healthcare environment, the mindset required is similar to program management in high-growth environments: ownership, process optimization, proactive problem-solving, and results-driven execution. What You will Do Oversee the full client lifecycle across multiple programs from onboarding through discharge Drive engagement, retention, and program completion outcomes at a program level Coordinate across clinical teams, case managers, and intake staff to ensure alignment Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements to enhance client experience Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report on outcomes Ensure consistent, structured workflows across all client touchpoints Support escalation management for at-risk clients and complex cases Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes What We are
Looking For Ideal Experience:
2-6+ years in Program Management, Customer Success, Operations, or Account Management Strong experience managing workflows, processes, or multiple client/program tracks Ability to coordinate across teams and manage competing priorities Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Data-driven mindset focused on engagement, retention, and outcomes Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or patient coordination is a plus (not required) Highly Valued Backgrounds Program Manager or Operations roles in tech or high-growth environments Customer Success Manager (CSM) transitioning into program oversight Account Management in subscription-based or service-driven industries Healthcare coordination, case management, or patient services Why This Role Is Different This is not a traditional healthcare administrative role. This is a high-ownership position where you are responsible for how programs function as a whole. Your work directly impacts client engagement, program effectiveness, and long-term recovery outcomes. You will be building structure, improving systems, and shaping how care is delivered at scale. Work Location This is a hybrid role based in New Mexico. The position combines remote work with periodic in-person collaboration. Certain responsibilities, such as team coordination, program oversight, and operational alignment, may require onsite presence. Other responsibilities, including planning, reporting, and workflow management, may be performed remotely. Specific onsite expectations will be communicated based on program needs and team requirements.
