Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a large-scale aerospace manufacturing program. This individual will support day-to-day program execution by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, managing onboarding activities, and ensuring alignment across project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting complex operational or engineering programs.   • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years of project coordination and/or project management experience
  • Experience supporting onsite delivery teams
  • U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing PI Training
  • Previous Boeing experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with reporting tools and performance metrics
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
