Job Description

This is a small business office job geared around medical staffing and logistics that performs independent medical exams. We are located off Interstate 20 and Hulen in Fort Worth-if you are more than 30 mins away, please do not apply.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Scheduling and operations coordinator needed in a healthcare staffing and logistics company. Proven leadership AND longevity at a current job or unique experience as an administrative professional is preferred.
Scope of Work:
Serve as a key point of contact for our customers, medical examiners, clinic assistants, and clinic owners, resolving issues and answering questions via phone, email, and text with professionalism and efficiency. Execute routine administrative tasks with strong attention to detail and clear communication. Support the growth of our provider and clinic network through outreach efforts, including phone, text, email, and other lead generation and staffing strategies. Coordinate and schedule medical professionals across the country, ensuring seamless coverage and operations. Collaborate closely with a team of 10 core employees to drive successful execution at exam sites across the U.S. This is a fast-paced, problem-solving role where initiative, adaptability, and strong communication skills are essential to success and rewarded accordingly.

Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
