With decades of experience, the company supports projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial development, emphasizing quality, integrity, and client-focused delivery. Job Description Manage all phases of education/healthcare construction projects from planning to closeout. Represent the owner in meetings, decisions, and communications with all stakeholders. Coordinate design and construction teams to meet project goals and standards. Track budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and quality expectations. The Successful Applicant Highly organized with experience managing complex higher education construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and institutional standards.
