Job Description

Job Summary The Quality Program Manager at Shannon Health is responsible for grant administration and overseeing special projects that support the goals of the Quality Resources Department and the Shannon Health System. This position advances quality improvement initiatives by ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of programs that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing grant opportunities, managing external programs, and ensuring compliance with funding and reporting requirements. The manager will also lead special projects aimed at improving clinical quality, patient safety, and organizational performance. Collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and leadership is essential to align projects with Shannon Health's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management, healthcare quality, data analytics, and grant administration. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential to manage complex initiatives and reporting requirements successfully. Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred, along with a proven ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
