About the Role As a Member Advocate, you will serve as the first point of contact for Collective Health members, assisting them with Tier 1 inquiries related to their health benefits, accounts, and healthcare navigation. You'll play a critical role in creating a positive member experience through compassionate, personalized support. What You'll Do ? Support members via phone and email, addressing a variety of healthcare and benefits-related inquiries ? Help members understand, navigate, and maximize their health benefits ? Learn the fundamentals of health insurance, benefit plans, and provider networks ? Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment ? Collaborate with team members and leadership to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture ? Report directly to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the Customer Experience team What We're Looking For Required Skills ? Strong desire to help others and provide empathetic support ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and compassion ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment ? Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes ? Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently ? Ability to stay organized, calm, and focused while managing competing priorities Preferred Qualifications ? 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment ? 1+ years in a customer-facing role ? Bilingual in English and Spanish (nice to have) ? Previous healthcare industry experience (nice to have) ? Associate's or Bachelor's degree Work Schedule & Location ???? Required In-Office Days:
