Project Manager:
Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Manage project teams, including project engineers, assistant project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners Oversee contract administration, change management, procurement, and risk mitigation Coordinate project planning activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved Monitor project performance and drive successful project execution Facilitate team collaboration between field operations and project management staff Review and approve project reports, forecasts, and cost controls Ensure healthcare facility requirements, compliance standards, and client expectations are successfully met MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5-15 years of commercial construction experience General Contracting experience required Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects Experience leading projects valued at $50M+ with ideal experience in the $75M-$400M+ range Demonstrated success managing project teams and multiple stakeholders Strong financial management, budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities What's on
