RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
Supervises Front Porch staff clinically and administratively, managing on-call services and schedules, and facilitating staff meetings. Audits and authorizes staff services in the electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. Evaluates staff performance, providing recommendations for enhancement and reporting on effectiveness. Reviews documentation of Urgent Care staff, ensuring services meet standards and deadlines. Assists in program budgeting and financial monitoring, overseeing state grants and contracts. Provides situational coverage as needed.
