Job Description Assistant Program Manager, Healthcare Operations Bremerton, WA 98314 | Hybrid | Potential Opportunity Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an Assistant Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Working closely with the Program Manager, this position will assist with staffing, workflow coordination, employee performance, reporting, and daily program operations. Position Highlights Full-time, hybrid position in Bremerton, WA Monday through Friday Support Defense Health Agency healthcare operations Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) PTO and Sick Time Opportunity to grow within healthcare operations leadership Key Responsibilities Assist with daily program operations, staffing, and scheduling Track attendance, productivity, training, and performance Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and program documentation Support employee onboarding and workflow changes Assist with operational issues and process improvements Provide support to the Program Manager and leadership team Requirements Associate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of administrative, operations, team lead, or supervisory experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude Highly organized and comfortable working in a high-volume environment Secure, reliable high-speed internet Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements Preferred Bachelor's degree Healthcare operations, federal contracting, DoD, patient access, referral management, or military healthcare experience Elevate your career with Spectrum Healthcare Resources, where every day brings the opportunity to serve our nation's heroes with excellence and compassion.
