The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently as well as in a team environment. We are seeking a candidate who is strong clinically and has the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, self-sufficient, with admirable customer service skills. Candidates may have the option to go through the licensing process if they choose.
The Role:
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains good public relations
  • Administers diagnostic testing procedures to determine extent of patient's impairment and prognosis for improvement
  • Documents patient care effectively through written communication
  • Coordinates with other service areas to ensure proper patient care
  • Strong time management skills that allow the hearing health care provider to successfully manage their schedule and see patients in a timely manner
  • Commitment to staying up to date on the latest hearing-related research to provide patients with the solutions available
  • Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio
  • Demonstrates sensitivity to patient comfort and privacy
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as requested
