09/13/2026 Job Description Job Description Medical Device Sales (HCP) American Hearing Care (AHC) is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in Brevard, NC. This role combines clinical patient care with a performance-driven environment, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while contributing to clinic growth. You will lead the patient experience from evaluation through treatment, providing personalized hearing solutions and ongoing care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Patient Experience Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments Educate patients on hearing loss and treatment options Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids and assistive devices Provide follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing support Deliver a high-quality, patient-centered experience Sales & Performance Promote American Hearing Care's hearing solutions and services in a professional, ethical, and patient-centered manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to support long-term hearing health. Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify opportunities to grow clinic performance through patient engagement and community outreach. Qualifications Active North Carolina license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) or Audiologist Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits American Hearing Care offers a competitive compensation package that rewards performance and supports career development. Base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 + performance-based commission (higher starting compensation may be considered based on experience and licensure).
