JOB SUMMARY 2026/27
Federal Funded Student Worker Office of the Registrar
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be available 3-4 hours on Fridays to assist in distributing classroom supplies. Provide general office support - filing, mailings, taking phone messages during peak times, making copies. Assisting in prepping for May graduation, inventory tassels, stoles, diploma covers, attire, etc. Special projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FEDERAL WORK STUDY
(FWS)
ELIGIBILITY IS REQUIRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must have availability to work 3-4 hours on Fridays. Excellent organizational skills & detail oriented. Ability to work independently, staying on track to complete assignments. Great customer service skills. Able to commit to a weekly work schedule & arrive to work in a timely fashion. Friendly, positive attitude.
