NE02 Position Summary Provides admissions, registration, academic record and other information to students, faculty and the general public. Duties & Responsibilities Refers individuals to the appropriate CNM resources; and explains and interprets CNM information by telephone, in person and on-line. Performs general office duties, which includes data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones and other clerical duties. Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. Employees are required to comply with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, OSHA standards, and wear personal protective gear if required.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience. CNM Rail Yards Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm,
Occasional Saturday Preference:
Bilingual in Spanish and English Best Consideration 7/12/26 EEO
