Audiology Assistant / Technician Join a team that changes lives through better hearing and better care. As an Audiology Assistant / Technician , you'll play an essential role in improving lives by supporting patients on their hearing health journey. You'll work closely with licensed audiologists, assist patients with hearing devices, and help keep clinic operations running smoothly. What You'll Do In this dynamic role, you'll be the connection between outstanding patient care and efficient clinic operations. Patient & Clinical Support Assist patients with hearing aid maintenance, troubleshooting, and device support Help with hearing aid drop-offs, pickups, and routine clean-and-check services Support appointment scheduling and follow-up communication Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR system Triage patient concerns and coordinate next steps with providers Assist audiologists during patient evaluations as needed Operational Excellence Manage hearing aid inventory, supplies, and product orders Process incoming and outgoing devices, earmolds, and repairs Keep testing rooms, lab spaces, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use Support front office operations, including check-in, paperwork, and patient communication Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations Ensure the clinic delivers a seamless, high-quality patient experience What makes this role different This role offers the chance to be part of something bigger than a job — you help people reconnect with the world around them . We're looking for someone who brings both heart and hustle. High school diploma or equivalent required Some college coursework preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Interest in audiology or hearing healthcare strongly preferred Basic computer proficiency, including Google Suite and EMR systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain active throughout the workday Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds Valid driver's license required for occasional travel Click HERE for the full job description and requirements.
