A Histotechnologist or Histotechnician works in a medical laboratory and prepares samples of human or animal tissue for examination under a microscope.
The position is to provide administrative assistance to the various areas of the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory departments. Processes and prepares specimens for esoteric testing at referral laboratories.
