Job Description:

Clinical laboratory / healthcare services provider Requirements Associate's degree in a laboratory science or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) HT (ASCP) or HTL (ASCP) certification required Minimum 6 months+ of histology or related laboratory experience Knowledge of CLIA regulations and laboratory safety standards Job Duties Accession and gross tissue specimens and prepare samples for processing Perform embedding, microtomy, and slide preparation for microscopic examination Execute routine and special staining procedures, including immunohistochemistry (IHC) Operate and maintain histology laboratory equipment; perform basic troubleshooting Monitor quality control, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, OSHA) Review prepared slides for quality and escalate abnormalities as needed Maintain inventory of reagents, chemicals, and supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage

Additional Information Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (flexible between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
