About Us At Residential Adults with Disabilities LLC , we provide person-centered care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our Day Habilitation program focuses on building independence, life skills, and meaningful community engagement. We are seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others. Position Summary As a Day Habilitation Provider (DSP) , you will support individuals in daily activities, skill-building, and community involvement in a structured and supportive environment. No experience necessary — we will train the right candidate. Schedule Requirement (Please Read)
Full-time:
32 hours per week Daytime hours (Day Habilitation program) Applicants must be available for this schedule to be considered. Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision to adults with disabilities Assist with daily living skills and personal development Facilitate structured activities and community outings Support individualized goals and service plans Transport clients safely using a company-provided vehicle Maintain accurate documentation and daily notes Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be 19 years or older Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a State of Alaska background check Strong communication skills and reliability Experience in caregiving or IDD services is a plus, but not required Negative TB Test First Aid/ CPR or willingness to obtain upon job acceptance
