What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities by: Assisting with daily living activities and personal care Promoting independence and life skills Supporting community outings and engagement Following individualized service and behavior support plans Maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment Building meaningful, professional relationships with individuals served Documenting services accurately and timely Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are: At least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED required Compassionate, dependable, and patient Reliable with excellent attendance Team-oriented with a positive attitude Willing to learn, grow, and make a difference Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
