Friday Summary:
Baptist Health PACE PCA's provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home. These services are meant to enhance the quality of life for PACE participants. Baptist Health PACE Homecare PCA's help participants and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity , pride , care and compassion. The PCA works with the IDT team to ensure the Participant needs and caregiver needs are met.
Other information:
High school graduate or equivalent. Experience as a CNA , PCA or PCT preferred. Experience working in a healthcare environment or working with elderly preferred. Must have a valid Arkansas driver's license and a clean driving record. Proof of automobile insurance with reliable transportation is required. Travel within assigned service area is required. Must have the ability to read, write, and understand how to follow instructions. Must have good verbal skills to relate to participants, their families, and the
PACE IDT
team as needed. Must have punctual and regular attendance with adherence to BH PACE policies and reflection of core values. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
